Residential Quality Analysis is an independent, locally owned firm providing property inspection and consulting services for property owners and buyers throughout central Alabama. RQA Home Inspections provides objective, thorough inspections that meet the Standards of Practice of the State of Alabama Building Commission and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI©).
Using the experience and expertise gained by performing hundreds of inspections for satisfied clients throughout central Alabama, we will help you ensure the investment you make is as safe as possible.
An RQA home inspection provides you with an objective, third party opinion as to the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. Our two man team will usually spend between two to three hours inspecting a home. We strongly suggest that the homebuyer attend the inspection with with us so that you can see firsthand the present condition of the property.
Our reports are fully narrative and include photographs, allowing us to clearly and simply explain our findings. We do not use confusing check list reports; we explain what we found, what those findings mean, and what to do about it. In almost every case we can deliver our reports via e-mail by the beginning of the next business day following the inspection.
